Thank You Mini Album

This Week at Cricut Mini Albums our challenge was to 

make a Thanksgiving Mini. 

Instead of Making your usual Thanksgiving Mini with

 the whole turkey deal I decided to make a paper bag mini 

with the things I give Thanks For...

Have you ever heard that Oasis song?: 

"Thank you for the sun the one that 

shines on everyone who feels love"

I Thank God for My LOVING Family. 

They are every I prayed I would have someday 

and so much more!!

I Thank God for her curios mind and her adventurous spirit. 

I feel Thankful for all those times my girl comes to hug me 

and says in the most beautiful voice "mamá"

And Those Quiet moments that don't need words

I'm so thankful she is a healthy smart girl

I Thank God for Putting Food in our table everyday

...and she always offers me food :)

I know I have M.I.A. But I had a good excuse my family 

was sick then I got sick then the holidays came and I need 

to start making my ornaments and do some shopping and

 I hate shopping @ last minute. Well, enough blabbering!!

I have to say that I was hesitant because when I was

 in school I always had a crappy secret Santa that gave money

 or something stupid. But Susan read my mind!!!!

8 Things About ME!!

1. I finished college and had a 

baby on the same month- May 2009

2. I hate sleeping I wish there was a 

way to recharge myself other than losing those hours.

3. I am scaredy cat I am scared of lots of thing.

4. I love learning and creating that is why I am an art teacher.

5. I tried to work when my daughter was 9 months

 I only spent two hours that day with her, 

I had to quit because I cried for 6 straight hours.

6. I consider my sister my best friend.

7.  I have 3 brothers and 3 sisters but I don't share 

both parents with any of them.

*Notice I didn't say Half- Brother or Half-Sister

 I hate that term.

8. I am forgetful and I leave stuff everywhere I 

have found my keys and cell many times in the fridge.

I reach 100 mark!!!

Right Now I'm sick because my husband 

was sick then my baby was sick and as 

always I am the last one to be sick. But 

as soonas I feel better I will put some 

candy together for my followers!!

Recipe Book

I made this mini for the

Cricut Mini Albums Team

The challenge was to make a Recipe Book

And I made a quick book from a shape in the

 Gypsy Wanderings Cart and I also made 

the tabs from the Gypsy

For this mini I used lots of stickers

 (mostly tags and borders)

I love all that ribbon :)

*Tip: If you are starting to dislike stickers because 

they are a little flatput a button or bling on them, 

it helps a little.

I kinda like that paper clip detail

Groovy Pizza Box

This is a pizza box that I saw on You Tube

...as always...

Is almost 3 1/2 x 3 1/2 and the cards are 3x3.

I made this for the Made By Momo Challenge:

Card with Embossing.

I used the new gypsy cartridge

Smiley Cards and I love it!!!!

Closed Pizza Box

I embossed the mat with a Sizzix Folder

and the border of the box has a

cross stitch stamp.

Apple Post it Holder

I made this Post it Holder for Emma's Throwback Thursday Challenge

and we had to use From My Kitchen which I don't have :( but I would

love to have it. It was a food theme so I decided to use this cute apple

from Create a Critter. I found the tutorial for this on You Tube and

it was super easy to make!!I used glue glitter on the leaves and

glossy accents on the stem, cheeks,

eyes and mouth.
