Celebrate Christmas Blog Hop

Hi Welcome to the Celebrate with Christmas Blog Hop!!

This year I am attempting doing a December Daily and I made some foundation pages to make my life easier. I kept it simple so I can embellish it later when I have my photos and journaling.

I am using a Sn@p Album from Simple Stories and the pocket pages.

I used a 6x6 Pad from Recollections for most cards.

This super adorable baby is from the PK-208 Hey Baby Set!  I added a pompom to her little hat. This year will be my baby's first Christmas so I needed to make this little card!!

I heat embossed the snowman and sentiment from the PK-149 Happy Snowman with Label stamp set.

You could find this Elf on the PKSC-11 November 2012. Remember to subscribe to the Stamp Kit of the Month to get great discounts.
Kit subscriptions are a recurring monthly payment that is billed and shipped on the 6th of each month. All subscribers to either of our kits must check out with our secure online credit card server.
Each month, you will receive one 8.5×11″ sheet of Peachy Keen Stamps that are provided at a $15 discount to subscribers only.
Kit Cost: $24.95 + $5 flat rate shipping in the U.S. (this kit will retail for $39.99 without any discount for non-kit club members) That is a savings of $180.00 per year or $90.00 per six month subscription!

On the Elf I used heat embossing and I colored her with Smooch from Clearsnap. It looks like a negative from a 35mm roll.

I hope you enjoyed this post!!

100 Days of Tombow

For my project I made a Project Life Spread for my daughter's baby book.

For this project I used cards from these Project Life kits: Baby Edition for Her, 5th and Frolic, Flea Market and Polka Dot Party.

For the sequins on the title card I use the Mono Aqua Liquid Glue which is my favorite for gluing clear embellishments.

The letters I used to write Sugar and Spice are Thickers. These came all lose in the pack, I bought them because I really loved the font and could never find a good pack so I bought these and I just use the Stamp Runner Dot Adhesive and they are perfect!

I do lots of cluster embellishing on some photos and for these I use the Stamp Runner Dot Adhesive.

I used many stickers from the Sn@p Collection of Simple Stories, and Enamel Dots.

To glue the vellum I use the Mono Aqua Liquid Glue.

For other embellishments I just use the Mono Multi Liquid Glue.

I hope you enjoyed this post!

Monday

Scrapbooks Plus: Make It Monday

Happy Monday!! I hope you are in the mood for a little mixed media! For this project I used a 16×16 Artist Panel and the November Kit of the Month, Reflections by Echo Park. I saw the clocks on this kit and it reminded me of Alice In Wonderland so I wanted to do something with that theme but maybe more darker and mature Alice.
Before gluing the papers I planned the layout and inked the borders of the pages with brown ink. I glued the papers down with Gel Medium. it wrinkles the paper a little bit so if you use it make a thin layer but make sure everything gets glued down.
I drew Alice in a Watercolor Paper. It wrinkles, so I recommend using canvas paper. (I’ve painted a lot in my life but this is my first time doing a different kind of mixed media with a less artsy and messy background. I’m telling you oops so you can avoid them). I traced her dress on typing paper so I can make a pattern to cut it from the patterned paper.
Here is Alice after her makeover is done. I inked the papers of her dress except on the ruffles on her sleeves. I tried it, but it looked dirty and you couldn’t see the hearts very well. For her collar and sleeves I used the Creme Cardstock from the Reflections Collection.
For her buttons I used the Epiphany Crafts Button studio Tool Round 20 with paper from the collection.I hope you enjoyed this post!! If you have any questions please leave them at the comments section and I will try to get back at you as soon as I can!
Have a Happy Week!!
Take Care!!

For my projects I made another Christmas Ornament using a cookie cutter. To glue the paper on the star I used the Mono Multi Liquid Glue. I did the holes for the twine with the Crop A Dile and I glued the pompoms with the Mono Multi Liquid Glue

On the border of the cookie cutter and on the inside I used the Mono Aqua Liquid Glue and sprinkled the Sand Dollar Glitter and Crystal Ultrafine Glitter from Art Glitter.  **If you are planning to do this Sprinkle the glitter before gluing the Pompoms, sequins and embellishment on the center. I stacked 3 Tombow Foam Tabs on the Dark Green Tree and 4 Tombow Foam Tabs on the Light Green Tree.
I also used the Mono Aqua Liquid Glue for the Sequin.

Tombow USA Blog Hop with Art Glitter

Hi and Welcome to the
Tombow USA Blog Hop with Art Glitter!!
You probably came from Melissa's Blog but if you happened to stumble across my blog please go to the

For my projects I made two Christmas Ornaments!
The first one I made it with a cookie cutter. I got this idea from my friends Patti and Tina.

For the gingerbread couple on the center I stacked 4 Tombow Foam Tabs. You can use less Foam Tabs or no Foam Tabs at all depending on how close to the edge you want it.

I did the holes for the twine with the Crop A Dile and I glued the pompoms with the Mono Multi Liquid Glue

On the border of the cookie cutter and on the inside I used the Mono Aqua Liquid Glue and sprinkled the Sand Dollar Pearlescent Art Hexis and then used a bit more of glue to sprinkle Crystal Transparent Ultrafine Glitter. The Sand Dollar Glitter is my favorite! I love to use it as snow. **If you are planning to do this Sprinkle the glitter before gluing the Pompoms, sequins and embellishment on the center.

I also used the Mono Aqua Liquid Glue for the Sequins.

To glue the paper on the star I used the Mono Multi Liquid Glue.

For my second project I got Inspired by Pinterest.

Using the Mono Multi Liquid Glue I rolled a bunch of rectangles. Is easy but tedious so you should do this while you watch TV or talk to someone. On the center I used Pink String Beads from May Arts.

If you want to win an amazing Tombow-Art Glitter Prize leave a comment on all the blogs!
