Joy's Life Going Home Layout

This week at the Joy's Life Design Team Blog we are featuring the Everyday Occasions Stamps and the Holiday Occasions Stamps. I love these sets because they give you the opportunity to mix and match to make your own sentiments.
You can buy both of them HERE!!

We've been over this, but just to recap
ME = Not a Chronological Scrapper.
My daughter is almost three but this photo
was taken a three days after she was born,
when we were finally taking her home.
She was sooo quiet and, such a good baby.
Now I might have to call the Super Nanny.
I hope the terrible two will disappear automatically
when she hits three, one can hope...
Well enough babbling and calls for help, let's talk layout!!

I got a Big Shot on Christmas, I know I am super behind...
The tag and the letters in the title are dies.
The tiny alphas are from Authentique.
The pink flowers paper is from My Mind's Eye and the
street paper is from my Little Shoebox.

With the scraps I made this tiny banner with my one inch circle punch and added clothespins for extra cuteness.

Behind the photo I hid this tag and on the back of the tag I'm going to babble a little about the trip home. The Mother's Day stamp is from the Holiday Occasions Stamp Set.

I have to say that I milked the My Little Shoebox paper,
I only had one sheet but I had lots of plans with it.
I did lots of fussy cutting and I didn't have the ideal brown paper so I took one I had and inked it.
These yellow letters are also from Authentique.

I've had this piece of chipboard along with a few others
for a while and I finally found a way to use it. I dressed it up a little twine and a puffies sticker. The blue paper is the back of the neighborhood paper, which I also used for the title and I heat embossed the sentiments with white embossing powder.
For the word Baby I used the Everyday Occasions Stamps Set
and the rest are from the Holiday Occasion Set.

The lollipop brads are from Recollections and the twine is from Doodlebug. I used foam tabs in this little house and also on the one next to the title. I told you, lots of ideas, one paper.
Next Time I'll just get two sheets :0)

I hope you like this layout!!
Remember to leave us some love at the

Jennie this is so cute!!! OMG, I LOVE how you made that banner! I am so going to scraplift that idea if you don't mind, Dear. I just love it! I also really love those darn cute lolly pop brads! OMG, they are going on my purchase list for sure! Now who's the enabler? ;) LMAO - Love what you did with this LO & I hear ya...I'm not a chronological scrapper either. I am HORRIBLE about doing things right away. I much prefer to procrastinate. ;) Great job, my friend!

I really love this LO. I'm not a scrapbooker and you've given me some inspiration to maybe give it a try.
