Watercolor Inspiration

Happy Monday!! Today I wanted to share a card using a technique I learned from Marie Browning. It gives the watercolor illusion but I actually made it with markers!

I used this Tombow Blending Kit with my Tombow Dual Brush Pens. It's super easy, just write with the Color Dual Brush Pens on the Blending Palette, I used 2 colors. Then use the mister to spray water until you see tiny drops of water and put the blending palette. Then just turn your palette onto the paper or viceversa, it really doesn't make a difference. It dries pretty quick too!

The feather is a cut I made with my Cricut but I covered it with washi tape because I didn't like how the color of the cut looked on the card and I was too lazy to make another cut. The awesome stamp is from Market Street Stamps. The bow I made it using May Arts Ribbon. I used Mono Aqua Liquid Glue to glue the sequins and dew drops.

I hope you enjoyed this post and let me know if you give this technique a try!
Take Care!!
