Hello and Welcome to the Tombow USA and Art Impressions Blog
Hop!
You probably got here from Diane's Blog but if you stumbled across my blog go the Art Impressions’ Blog to
start!
I made two projects and for the first one I made a tag. I tried to do some found poetry, I'm awful at it, but it's a nice exercise for the brain.
If you want to see how to make a bokeh background check out THIS POST. If you just want a watercolor background just scribble on the Tombow Blending Palette using the Tombow Dual Brush Pens, spray water (or glimmer mist like I did on this photo) and put your paper on the palette to pick up the color.
To glue the papers and ribbon I used the Tombow Mono Multi Liquid Glue. To doodle around the tag I used the Tombow Mono Twin Permanent Marker.
This stamp is one of the prizes you can win on this hop! It's the Joy Found Window Stamp! I colored it crazy bright using the Tombow Dual Brush Pens.
For my second card I used 2 stamp sets. For the sassy vintage ladies I used the Bathing Suit Set and for the sentiment I used the You're Vintage Set. To glue the paper I used the Tombow Stamp Runner Dot Adhesive.
Before coloring I did a similar background to the one I did in the tag but I just used Tombow Dual Brush Pens in brown colors to create the illusion of a weathered photo. I colored the ladies with the NEW Tombow Recycled Color Pencils.
The Tombow USA prize includes: Tombow
Mono Adhesive Permanent, NEW Tombow
Adhesive Dots, Tombow
Mono Multi Liquid Glue and NEW Tombow Foam Tape.
The Art Impressions prize includes: Elephant Set, Cat Big Mouth, The Queen Set and Joy Found Window.
To win, enter on the Rafflecopter above! You have until May 5th
